That's why I created my Starter Pack (cheesy title but effective idea!). It's 6-weeks of one-on-one coaching to help you jump start your dreams and start taking action right away.

What you can expect

  • Six (6) weeks of 1:1 coaching

The details

The very first question I ask all my clients is this:




From there, we work backward to create a plan you can take action on every day, every week, and every month. We make your big dreams bite-sized because research has shown that our goals have to be realistic and attainable for us to achieve them.


The Starter Pack is designed to give you a plan for 3 months -- so you can continue making progress long after the 6 weeks are up. 


If you wish to continue coaching beyond the 6 weeks, we simply move to a 1:1 coaching package.


The investment to get started is $450 total or two payments of $225.


That's 50% off my 3-month package.

Is 6 weeks enough time to make progress on my goals?


The answer is YES. The clients who've gone through this package make significant changes in that short amount of time and reflect back just how much they've learned, grown, and transformed.




Couldn't I just have a friend keep me accountable?


Getting support from those around you is a wonderful idea. Research has shown that sharing your goals with someone and checking in with them makes you almost twice as effective. Yet, research has also shown that the highest achievers are the ones who seek out teachers and coaches to help them. As a coach, I share tools and strategies and teach skills that have been supported by research and experience and will get you where you want to go.

How long will this package be available?

I can only take a small number of one-on-one clients and those spots do tend to fill up quickly. If you're wavering, take some time and get quiet. Ask yourself what it is you really want.
