As a certified Prepare Enrich facilitator and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I utilize my training background, years of experience counseling couples, and the Prepare Enrich assessment to help you ask the important questions, have the important discussions, and gain the tools and skills you'll need to navigate the most important relationship in your life.

 

Together we uncover your strengths as a couple and which areas need a little work. We discuss life stressors, communication and conflict, spiritual beliefs, relationship roles, personality types, family backgrounds, finances, and expectations for marriage and parenting. Each session concludes with a take-home assignment, handouts, and resources to help you continue the conversation at home and refer back to when you need a refresher.

What's Prepare Enrich?

The assessment is taken online and is a series of questions you and your partner answer separately.
