PAYMENT POLICY

Your first payment will be a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance may be paid in two or three installments, to be scheduled and set after registration. Half of the balance is due no later than June 6, 2025. The full balance is due no later than August 1, 2025. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. If payment is not received by the end of 7 days, your spot on the retreat may be forfeited and the cancellation policy will apply.

 

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before registering for the retreat. Travel insurance is recommended should your travel plans change.

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including postponing, rescheduling, or forfeiting.

“You” refers to the guest booking the retreat.

“I” refers to Kristine Galli with Revive Counseling and Wellness, LLC.

 

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your registration, Kristine will offer a refund according to the following schedule minus the non-refundable deposit.

 

• If you cancel before May 2, 2025, you will receive a full refund less the deposit

• If you cancel between May 3, 2025, and June 6, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of your payment less the deposit

• If you cancel after June 6, 2025, no refunds will be given but you may be able to transfer your registration to another guest

 

Exceptions to the policy cannot be made for any reason. I do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

If Kristine must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your retreat payment to another retreat or you may request a refund of your payment less the deposit, constituting a full settlement. Kristine Galli with Kristine Galli, LLC cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
